Truly the call compels the answer, and with MERCURY ERRANDS, the answer usually comes sooner than later.

One Saturday morning, MERCURY ERRANDS received a call from a very frustrated man. For quite a while, he had been unsuccessfully trying to contact a rental car office at the Bozeman airport to inquire about an item he had lost there. Immediately, he hired us to recover a valuable fly rod left behind in the rental car he had dropped off earlier that morning. Timing was critical for the owner as he was on a short layover in Denver. Besides, he was anxious to retrieve that rod as it was worth $800 — and he had owned it for 20 years.

Fortunately, MERCURY ERRANDS had just finished another errand nearby, so in a flash, we headed over to the airport rental car office. Our driver pulled into the rental car return lot, spoke to the fairly busy attendant, and waited for the attendant to look for the fly rod. The attendant returned with the valuable item in hand. Whew! All within 30 minutes, MERCURY ERRANDS had retrieved the fly rod for the relieved and happy owner who received it by UPS five days later.

The owner could not have been more grateful. He indeed demonstrated his gratitude by paying MERCURY ERRANDS double the invoice amount. 😃
